Role Overview

We are recruiting a Marketing Executive to lead our marketing strategy. You will be required to generate leads for the Sales team and assist the Account Management team with customer retention.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our marketing and communications. You will ensure that campaigns are running smoothly, alongside maintaining consistency within our messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on Pay-Per-Click Campaigns, including account optimisation, campaign testing, plus copy creation
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase SERP rankings, organic traffic, plus increase website conversions
• Carrying out daily checks to monitor campaign performance, making improvements, plus providing regular reports on marketing performance
• Planning and management of email campaigns
• Working alongside the Sales & Account Management teams to develop new sales and customer retention campaigns
• Content creation and copywriting for our website and social media
• Identification of suitable advertising and sponsorship opportunities

Experience/Skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO and Pay-Per-Click Advertising
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• A minimum of two years in a similar role

Desirable

• Experience of Social Media and Email Marketing
• Acquisition marketing experience with ROI experience
• Educated to degree level or Professional Marketing qualification

Salary

• £24,000+ depending on experience
• Opportunity to earn commission is available
