Full Time Supervising Social Worker

We are a small, family owned independent fostering agency offering an exciting opportunity to join our small, friendly team based in a serviced office on the Manston Business Park.

You will have some relevant experience in supporting foster carers or from working in the children and families sector and have a sound understanding of the legislative and statutory framework we work to. You must be registered with Social Work England. NQSW will be considered and we will support you in your AYSE.

You will support a very small caseload of foster carer households and assist when required with the recruitment of foster carers.

We operate an out of hours on duty service and you will be expected to take part in the rota. There is an additional payment for this.

This is an office based position with travel to foster carers required so a full driving licence is essential.
