Position Overview & Specifications
A brief description of your role, you will be responsible maximising sales and profitability within the stores, ensuring that store managers and their staff keep stores to the highest possible standards, being well organised and properly merchandised at all times; and that all policies, procedures, and controls are followed. This will also include stock control to ensure store shrink is within company guidelines so as to protect company property and assets.
Main responsibilities for your role as agreed:-
- To manage and run efficiently 5 retail stores.
- To manage the weekly rota of staff between all 5 stores
- To provide weekly feedback to the business directors,
- To ensure all retail shop have a full stock take actioned monthly;
- To manage the staff and staff rotations and look to recruit new staff when there are vacancies
- To ensure that all retail job roles have a measure of performance for all roles, and a 6 monthly review is completed consistently;
- Understand and learn the EPOS system and stock management system already in place
- To ensure all team members are trained in relation to all relevant Retail Laws, and receive a 6 month refresher
- ensure customer satisfaction is monitored, fed back and resolved on regular bases, with clear guidelines on the expectations of all team members;
- To Ensure all retail units implement a 4-weekly promotion on a consistent basis; and monitor slow moving stock
- To ensure that all retail job roles have a measure of performance for all roles, and a 6 monthly review is completed consistently;
- To ensure that all retail team members are trained in relation to health and safety, with refresher
- Ensure all stores conform to the requirements of health and Safety
If a new site has been identified and agreed:
To ensure all works required are completed to the required standard; To ensure that within the 4 weeks opening programme of the new store openings, that the relevant
team members are recruited for, trained to the required standard and relevant documentation is
completed to ensure all team members are vetted correctly as per regulations;
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Leicester, LE4 1BF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
