Driver Labourer - Ref 0482

We’re looking for a permanent, full time Driver Labourer to support the delivery of the responsive and void work streams whilst in the field, by collection and delivery of materials, and safely disposing of waste.

Salary from: £ 25,506.36 per annum, with the ability to earn an approximately additional £5,000 per annum (£2,500 per annum with our Trade + scheme (where you are paid for additional skills learnt) and our out of hours rota where you can earn up to £2,500 per annum)

A company vehicle as well as IT equipment, uniform and tools will be provided

You will also deliver and erect PASMA towers, as well as assisting as the second person for internal and external works. You will be required to provide support for both the Repairs and Voids Managers and your specific operations centre planner team. The role will be a fluid and flexible position providing varying levels of support across different aspects of the work streams.

The hours of work will be 40 per week, flexible working and job-share will be considered. Kings Lynn, Dereham, Norwich, North Walsham, Fakenham and the surrounding areas.

Please note that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work. A company vehicle will be provided.

Main Responsibilities:

Ø To assist Flagship Services Logistics in delivering the right materials when needed.

Ø Help with property clearance.

Ø To deliver responsive or van replenishment materials and collect waste from properties and dispose of correctly.

Ø To understand and follow the process of picking and dispatching orders.

Ø To report stock discrepancies.

Ø To understand and apply the principles of continuous improvement in the work we do.

Candidates must have the following experience and skills:

Ø Full Valid Manual Driving Licence.

Ø Delivery Driving and Route planning.

Ø Workplace Health and Safety.

Contract: Full time and permanent
