Five Tech Limited has a new opening within its Marketing Division, ideal for an ambitious, creative, and confident individual.

The successful candidate will work with Five Tech’s Marketing department in the position of Marketing Executive located in our HQ office based in Greater London. Five Tech operates and manages e-commerce platforms within the Consumer Electronic division, with a focus around the computing/ smartphones.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker who has a proven track record of driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through social media channels. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, developing and curating content, monitoring and responding to customer feedback, and measuring and reporting on key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategy across all relevant channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads
• Create and curate compelling content (including copy, images, and videos) that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice and values
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Sales, and Product) to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives and aligned with business objectives
• Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics dashboards, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies, and make recommendations for new tactics and strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns and measurable results
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt content to different audiences and channels
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
