Shop Assistant

Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join their busy High Street Pharmacy
In addition to being a very busy community pharmacy, it has a large retail presence with health foods, beauty products, and fragrances being a specialist area.
Monday to Friday 8 hours per day
Outline of role
As a Shop Assistant you will be involved in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
We are looking for an individual to work alongside our existing Store Manager to create a day to day working environment that is warm, supportive and friendly.
You will use your great delegation skills to get the job done.
You will work together to identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, ensure optimum stock range and availability, whilst maintaining strict cost and stock control.
You will enjoy learning about new products and services and sharing this knowledge with customers to drive sales.
Person specification
To join the Team as a Shop Assistant , you will have the following experience:
Retail Management experience with a fast moving high street retailer
Worked with or have an interest in beauty, fragrance and health products
Supporting in the delivery of exceptional customer service
Coaching and developing a team to deliver high operational standards and results
Success in this role will enable to to make immediate progression
