Position Overview & Specifications

Finz is a London-based Fintech startup with a mission to make the unrewarding debit card a thing of the past. Our intuitive and intelligent premium debit card comes supercharged with unlimited cashback, personalised retail discounts and exclusive membership perks.

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Graduate Business Development Associate to join our business team. You'll be responsible for business partnership outreach as well as acting as a point of contact for prospective and existing clients/partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Signup new business partners (premium restaurants, bars, private members club and exclusive venues) in Central London, through calling, visiting, follow-up emails and social outreach.
  • Identify and pursue merchants for offering cashback rewards, new customer discount and places looking for high spender demographic.
  • Preparing and delivering high-quality presentation decks, building relationship, maintaining contact before and after the contract is signed.
  • Build a robust pipeline with accurate forecasts and document all activities within our CRM for each prospect.
  • Meet and exceed established monthly individual metrics successfully.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Powerpoint and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong motivation to pursue a customer-focused career in the financial technology sector.
  • Excellent presentation and organisation skills.
  • Desire to work as part of a results-focused, high-performing team.
