Barista - Monday to Friday

FIKA Catering has an exciting position available for a barista supporting our specialty coffee bars in London. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about great customer service, but is passionate about great coffee. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate of £12.10. This is a permanent contract, with 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.

FIKA Catering is a dynamic socially conscious company that is tied to the Bloom Coffee Academy, which is a social enterprise dedicated to finding homeless and disadvantaged people employment in the coffee industry by providing training programmes with Specialty Coffee Association qualifications.

All baristas employed with FIKA will receive a one-day SCA Barista Foundation training as a minimum.
