We offer a salary of up to 50k p/a, dependant on experience.

So, more about our Finance Business Partner role…

Working closely with the Digital and Marketing teams, this is a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of Digital and Marketing targets at Fenwick. You will be part-Qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) and have a keen understanding/working knowledge of retail financial operations and in particular, Buying & Merchandising to influence your work.

You will live our value ‘Respect and Work Together’ through collaboration and partnering with both internal and external stakeholders deliver insightful analysis and reporting, highlighting opportunities to drive performance improvements.

Growth is important to us and in the spirit of our values of ‘Be Bold and Courageous’, you will work with Digital/Marketing Leadership teams to develop financial plans (i.e. budget, forecast, long term plans). As we look to develop our multichannel offering to our customers, your role will be vital!

As well as challenging others and ‘Owning and Delivering’ your promises, you be instrumental in supporting the delivery of digital & marketing targets, with clear targets for key metrics covering sales, payroll, marketing ROI’s and operating cost (to name but a few!)
