Social Media Manager

We are looking for a skilled social media manager to join our team. As a social media manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating and curating engaging content, and managing our social media accounts.

You will be overseeing the marketing efforts for a transport company, call centre services, fast-food restaurant and an online tuition service.

The role is available both as full time and part time.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

- Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Tik-tok, Instagram, Snapchat and LinkedIn etc.)

- Monitor and respond to social media conversations and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Analyse social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Preferable but not necessary:

- BA in Marketing Communications or a related field

- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role

- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise tasks

Must have

- Knoweledge of social media management tools and best practices

- Creative thinker

You will have a graphic designer and PPC specialist with sound knowledge of technical matters on hand to assist.
