FairTutors is seeking an experienced and dedicated Tutor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality educational support and guidance to students of all ages and abilities. As a Tutor at FairTutors, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and contribute to their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects, including but not limited to math, science, English, and social studies.
• Developing and implementing customized lesson plans and learning strategies to meet the individual needs of each student.
• Assessing student progress and adjusting teaching methods as necessary to ensure academic improvement.
• Communicating regularly with students, parents, and teachers to provide feedback on progress and discuss strategies for improvement.
• Staying up-to-date with current teaching methods, educational technology, and relevant curriculum standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress.
• Collaborating with other FairTutors team members to ensure a positive and productive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

• Completed GCSES or A levels
• Has experience in teaching or knows how to teach online via zoom
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach multiple subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop effective lesson plans and tailor teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
