Position Overview & Specifications

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant or Team PA to support the Technical Leadership team who look after the Operations and Service Delivery for the Business.

The Technical Leadership Team are responsible for the service and delivery across the UK Tech Organisation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the team are able to operate at a high level and are on track to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Support in organising a busy senior team, ensuring they are focused on key tasks
  • Diary management, ability to manage ongoing changes and updates as they occur. Ensuring the team are aligned and attending mandatory meetings.
  • Taking minutes and following up on actions, ensuring priorities are being managed
  • Organise travel, offsite and group conference bookings
  • Collating and preparing presentations for the team
  • Processing expenses for the team
  • Organising team meetings and events as necessary.
  • Assisting in collating information and completing reports.
Qualifications:
  • No essential education required
  • Prior experience of providing general admin support to Sales, Legal or Operations in a busy office.
Skills:
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A fantastic communicator
  • Proactive
  • Experience with Senior Leaders
  • Used to a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in English (Written and Spoken)
Desired Skills:
  • Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to comprehend and summarise information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively, including management of other internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work to internal and customer driven deadlines, with the flexibility to react to changes in business priorities
