About the employer:
Hello from owners Ben & Sally Sullivan. The Ginger Cat Deli was born on 1st July 2015! We are a bakery making pies, pasties, quiches, cakes and much more. We have our own shop in Exminster, sell at markets and festivals and are now branching out into wholesale in Cullompton. Our passion is home baking. From pasties, pies and sausage rolls to our famous scotch eggs, cakes and traybakes – the list goes on and we are increasing our range all the time.

Understanding of food hygiene requirements and ideally achieved certificate in this. However, this is not essential.

  • Willing to listen and learn.
  • Ability to take feedback, work with it and ask the right questions.
  • Calm under pressure and lots of drive!
  • We want someone proactive who enjoys the rewards of hard work.
