Bar Staff/Server

Derby's premier gastro pub and real ale house is looking for experienced, bubbly, reliable and honest staff.

The main purpose of this job is to ensure our guests receive the highest quality of customer service at all times and to assist the daily operational running of the bar, dining areas and cellar.

· To maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety.

· Ensure high standards and efficiency of work.

Duties:

Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for our customers.

· Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks, food and drinks.

· Assessing customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.

· Use initiative to ensure jobs are done and areas checked at quiet times.

You must be outgoing, bubbly, confident and have some basic knowledge of food & drinks.

Unreliable, impolite and introvert people need not apply.

You MUST have experience of the hospitality industry, pub, bar or restaurant.

Applicants must be over 18.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
