Learning Developer

• Reports to: Head of Learning & Development
• Accountable to: Head of Learning & Development
• Location: Remote / Hybrid at Ferham House, Rotherham

Main purpose and scope of the job

The post holder will be working in the Learning and Development team and will be responsible for developing learning resources including writing content with subject matter experts, infographics, eLearning, animations and videos (including scripts). This role exists to ensure that all Exemplar colleagues have access to marketing leading solutions. The role will also involve strengthening learning content and delivery by planning and managing an ongoing schedule of improvements; growing the library through supporting key stakeholders to create/curate new content which is clear, concise, compelling and adheres to best practice guidelines. We're looking for an individual with instructional design experience to help us build our internal knowledge and training base to build the Exemplar Academy.

You will have;

• Experience in learning design or Instructional Designer
• The ability to work to strict timelines and in a fast pace environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role
