Exclusive Care are looking to recruit Support Workers to join our supported living service in Bedford.
Exclusive Care specialise in supporting adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, autism, and other complex needs.
Every individual we work with has a person-centred package of support in place which promotes their independence and encourages participation in a variety of activities based on their abilities, needs and interests.
As a Support Worker you will also be assisting those, we support with day-to-day living skills, encouraging and developing their independence, and working with individuals, their families, and other professionals to help support them to partake in educational, occupational as well as leisure activities.
