At our Howden site we require the following:-

Logistics Operator

Monday to Thursday

8am to 4.30pm and

Friday 8am to 2pm

38 hour working week £21,682 (£10.97 per hour)

We are looking for a further Logistics Operator to join our Howden team. The team at the moment consists of a Line Leader and we wish to recruit a second member to support our busy logistics team.

The job will involve working outside in all kinds of weather whilst performing a range of different duties. The role consists of driving a fork lift truck, liaising with Drivers, loading & unloading, completing paperwork, order picking, updating warehouse management data, supplying packaging and raw materials to the production areas in a timely manner, general housekeeping & reworking damaged finished goods pallets.

Candidates must have possession of a counterbalance licence and ideally also a narrow aisle truck licence although training will be given for this particular qualification.

Due to the location of our site on the outskirts of Howden candidates must have their own transport.
