Graduate Management Position

Based in Northwich, Cheshire (Commutable from: Chester, Liverpool, Manchester, Stoke-on-Trent, Warrington, Wigan)

The Role:

We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic individual to learn all aspects of our business and quickly become a key part of our management team.

You will gain a practical understanding of the fundamentals of business management including people management, sales and marketing, customer and supplier relations, operations management including the principles of lean manufacturing. We will provide you with hands-on training and support and encourage you to use your own strengths to making key business decisions early on in your career.

Initially, the role will be focussed on the following:

· Working with our digital marketing partners to develop and implement a digital marketing plan

· Carrying out market research for existing and future products

· Creating sales collateral for new product ranges

· Establishing contact with B2B customers for different product ranges

· Assisting with the development and implementation of our management control systems

· The transferring of product and service resources to a digital format

What you will need:

· A bachelors degree of minimum 2:1 classification (either achieved or predicted) in any subject

· A professional work ethic

· Eagerness to learn about design, product development, marketing and manufacturing

· To be able to take ownership of and be responsible for projects

· The ability to work on your own initiative

· The ability to pay strong attention to detail & good problem-solving skills

· The ability to plan and organise your own time and resources to meet deadlines

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· A valid Driving Licence

Where you will work:

Our site is in Northwich, Cheshire and the role will mainly be office based. Our hours are Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 16:30, Friday 07:30 – 13:45.

· Starting at £27k + per annum depending on experience with salary progression
