Call Centre / Customer Service Assistant at Euro Car Parks

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre /Customer Service Assistant at Euro Car Parks. You would be part of a dynamic and exciting team within our operations team in Birmingham. Working on our internal Euro Car Parks software. We are looking for someone with an immediate start for a full-time role.

Salary: £22,000 per annum to include bonus and training

Hours: 40 Hours per week to include evening and weekends

Location: Central Birmingham

Responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and responding quickly and efficiently
• Refer any complex issues or requests to your line manager
• Complete a wide variety of data entry tasks
• General administration tasks
• Updating internal software and systems
• Collate data and information and keep accurate records
• Administrating the company asset register

Our ideal person:

• Strong, confident personality with a customer service background
• An excellent telephone manner and both written and verbal communication skills are key
• Experienced within general administration & data entry
• The ability to prioritise and to work under pressure of workload and within a targeted environment
• Commercial office experience preferred
• Be self-motivated and proactive in identifying and improving systems
• Ability to work both within a team and independently
• Time management skills are essential, you will have good organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads
