Design Technology Teacher

Ethos Education are keen to hear from any Design & Technology teachers keen on teaching in lovely Lincolnshire.
You will be teaching in a Church of England small school but do not need to be a practising Christian to teach D&T here.
We are supporting a school within an Academy chain, meaning opportunities for Design & Technology teachers to step up. Strong enrichment on the curriculum.
At GCSE AQA level, student numbers are capped at 20 for Design & Technology. Very popular subject as this is a workshop, mini models, theory & supporting pupils work with wood, metal, design cycle and planning.
As a D&T teacher, you will be teaching renewable energy, core principles of Technology (mechanical properties, systems involved, Smart materials etc).
This school is currently being redeveloped and the new build will include modern facilities and resources.
Graphic Design & Food Technology are also offered at GCSE level.
25 mins drive to Skegness & the coastline.
50 mins drive to Lincoln.
ECT Design & Technology teachers & also experienced D&T practitioners are very welcome to apply.
Full time & permanent D&T teaching post.
