Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire, set to open her doors in spring. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.

As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion.

The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired Bath House, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

As a Waiter at Estelle Manor, you will provide our members with an attentive, exceptional and personalised service. You should be passionate about food and beverage service and help in assisting the smooth running of service. From the point of taking the order, delivering the dishes, to checking in with the guest where appropriate, you will be able to anticipate our members needs and create a smooth and seamless service throughout.

• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
• A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
