Sales Order Processor - Windows & Doors

Essex Trade Windows Ltd are a well established supply only fabricator of UPVC windows and doors, based in Basildon, Essex.

Due to expansion we are looking for an experienced order processor to join our friendly team on a permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities to Include

Liaising with customers on a daily basis offering technical support and assistance

Processing customer quotes and orders using Business Micros Evolution

Ordering of glass and panels from our suppliers

Offering a professional service via telephone, email and in person.

Skills and Experience Required

Minimum 3 months experience in a similar role

Strong administration experience that includes accurate data entry

Sales experience

Experience of Business Micros Evolution software or similar

Knowledge and experience of the window industry

Ability to prioritise and good organisation skills

Competent with MS Office

Salary is £10 - £13 per hour depending on experience.

This is an office based role in Basildon, remote working or working from home is not suitable.
