In this role you will be travelling across London and assisting the Construction Manager with estimating, tenders, health and safety, project programmes and more. There will be continuous training to develop your skills and a clear progression ladder up to an experienced Contracts Manager.

This construction company work primarily within the commercial and residential sectors carrying out interior and exterior refurbishments across London. They work with a wide portfolio of clients and pride themselves on consistent repeat business, now looking to expand their team due to consistent success.

This role would suit a Graduate from a Construction background looking to join a small, family run company that will invest heavily into their development and assist them with their chartership.

The Role:

• Overseeing project lifecycles from concept to completion
• Reviewing drawings, estimating, producing project programmes
• Ongoing shadowing and training courses
• Primarily London based within the M25 corridor
• Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm, travel is expensed

• Degree or similar qualification
