Do you want to lead the team that drives Ericsson sustainability efforts? Do you enjoy turning strategy into action? Are you an inspiring leader? That is precisely the mission and characteristics of the Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility Manger.
We are looking for a dedicated and engaging sustainability leader who can drive and further embed S&CR throughout Ericsson and co-operate across the group.
The focus is to understand and meet the sustainability needs and requirements for internal and external stakeholders. It also includes to pro-actively seek engagement opportunities - with focus on employees, customers, industry partners as well as with prioritized local stakeholders such as institutions, academia, and Non-Governmental Organisations.
What you will do
- Lead strategy execution of S&CR
- Drive S&CR customer engagements and partnerships together with our Customer Units. Develop fact-based customer cases.
- Lead our corporate citizenship efforts i.e., volunteering project engagement option and execution of donations. Develop fact-based employee cases
- Secure deployments of global S&CR program Connect to Learn within the MA. Engage with external stakeholders as NGO’s and/or educational institutes.
- Act as sustainability subject matter expert for S&CR contents.
You will bring
To be successful in this role we believe that you have proven experience working with S&CR initiatives – or related experience - and delivering high quality results. You can drive projects independently and work as both a driver and a member of a broader team according to the assignment scope. You are highly interested in working on issues such as digital inclusion or climate change.
- Education: Academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of demonstrated relevant work experience in the domain of S&CR
- Ability to influence, collaborate and partner across units and all levels within a cross-functional organisation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Creative, independent approach with pro-active attitude, as well as team spirit
- Fluent in written and spoken English
