RPA Developer

Equantiis Background:

We are looking for enthusiastic RPA Consultants to join our team to help grow and deliver our RPA/Intelligent Automation platform - Niico.

You will be part of the team delivering successful Intelligent Automation to clients within Higher Education, Membership and Not for Profit sectors.

You will have significant experience of developing RPA capabilities and solutions. You will support the development of our RPA COE and lead on developing POCs for customers.

Objective of the role:

Act as an ambassador for Equantiis, focused on our Niico product, you will need to have the ability to work under pressure with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver high-impact automation through creative problem-solving and application of Niico.

The role requires a hands-on approach to delivering automation solutions of any size, diagnosing our clients’ challenges, and recommending and delivering an intelligent automation solution to help elevate these paint points.

Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: you will be responsible for the technical planning and delivery of RPA projects covering automation strategy development, business process discovery and candidate process analysis, POC development and implementation and customer engagement ensuring the right resources are assigned and available.
• Pre Sales: you will work with the sales team to support in new client engagements through demo, product knowledge and proposals.

Minimum Expected Experience

• 3+ years working as an RPA consultant delivering business and technology change projects - specifically Automation Anywhere and desired for Microsoft PowerApps.
• Experience of managing projects using a structured project management methodology.
• Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously, multi-tasking and working to deadlines.
• Demonstrated client facing experience and partnering with customers to fully understand their context and objectives and drive successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with a natural confidence to work with a wide range of senior stakeholders.
• Naturally inquisitive possessing strong analytical acumen to solve complex problems.
• Solid technology awareness and desire to learn new technologies, tools and systems.
• Enthusiasm to develop your skills and experience as a business and technology consultant.
• Excellent presenter and confident in public speaking at industry and thought leadership events
• Demonstrated hands-on, collaborative approach, and can-do attitude.
• You are constantly prepared to learn new tools and methodologies to better support our customers and you will actively support the ongoing growth of Equantiis.

Capability Level: Developer

Location: Equantiis supports hybrid working from the UK. Our Office is located in London, and there is an expectation that the team come together twice a month for meetings and team building. Client engagements can be UK-wide and are usually a combination of on-site and remote as needed

Salary: £45,000 to £62,000
