Position Overview & Specifications
The post holder will support workforce development across all Clinical Services and Administration within Sutton Health & Care to ensure all staff have the appropriate knowledge, skills, values and behaviours to meet the needs of the local communities and the requirements of the NHS constitution.
The post holder will provide educational leadership to the teams supporting clinical services to provide the highest possible quality of placement experience; ensuring that those undertaking formal education and training are appropriately trained and educated as defined by the relevant regulator or professional body
