The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Design team at EOS IT Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations and requirements
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation plans as necessary
  • Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders, including regular status reports and project meetings
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
  • Manage project scope and change requests
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince, Agile or Waterfall
