We are currently recruiting for a passionate senior member of the team, overseeing the main sales process, who will bring new ideas to the club to support growth in memberships.

You will be responsible for delivering fantastic business operations, whilst driving sales and membership retention numbers on a monthly basis. You will work closely with the Company Directors, to formulate robust processes in areas such as Health & Safety, Marketing & Sales Plans, Corporate and Wellbeing Events and Brand Standards Audits. You will strive to actively seek new business and look to provide the best possible customer service to all énergie members, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.

You will be responsible for developing a team of talented Personal Trainers, ensuring each staff member live and breathe our Core Values ‘where they belong’, and perform at their highest level.

The 'stand out' candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and ideally within a similar background, clearly showcasing SUCCESS.

Requirements

• Experience of operating and selling in the Fitness Industry
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Superb Sales Skills particularly in Corporate field
• Clear Sales and Marketing Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
