Plumbers Mate

• To maintain and keep clear all internal drainage systems
• To replace filters on a PM schedule
• To repair and replace fixtures and fittings on toilets
• Minor plumbing tasks
• To work with the plumbers on larger scale tasks
• Ensure that all safe systems of work and risk assessments are appropriate for the tasks at hand
• Provide regular updates to your supervisor/line manager
• Ensure that all jobs are attended too/completed within the set time frame
• Must be able to work on your own or as part of a team

Customer Service

• Respond to emergencies within the designated timeframes.
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the principles of providing excellent customer service.
• Remain customer focused at all times and being aware of the needs of the customer.
• Demonstrate the ability to remain calm in stressful/difficult situations and remaining polite and courteous at all times.

• Take the initiative to ensure that all processes, procedures and systems are carried out to the highest standard and ensuring that the service provided is in line with company standard. Attend departmental meetings and training sessions and operate in accordance with the instructions received.
