Position Overview & Specifications
We are currently looking to recruit a Night Loader / production operative to join our night shift team. This is a physical role which involves use of technology, machinery and manual handling.
Job Summary
Night shift - 21:15pm - 06:00am, Sunday - Thursday.
As the ideal candidate, you will have previously worked within a warehouse/production environment and possess the following skills and experience:
- attention to detail
- a great understanding of Health & Safety in a manufacturing/production environment
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- a great understanding of maintaining quality standards whilst meeting deadlines
Role/Responsibilities
- Handling glass sheets
- Operation of glass processing equipment
- Manual handling/loading of glass onto vehicles and stillage’s
- Completing all relevant paperwork/processes involved in day-to-day production
- Monitoring quality of product
