The role

We are seeking 4 Fitness Attendants who will be dedicated to providing a superior customer experience as a first point of contact and who will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall cleanliness and upkeep of our centre. As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to the day to day duties required to ensure our customer journey is of the highest standard, inclusive and welcoming.

Weekly rotating work pattern: 7:15am - 3:00pm and 2:30pm - 10:15pm

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking customer service-oriented Fitness Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Ideally, we are looking for people who thrive in an active environment and possesses an energetic, confident demeanour. The following experience is required:

• Previous customer service experience in a customer facing environment, reception/office-based/ gym front of house.
• Experience in cash handling.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for sports and fitness.
• Ability to work within a team in a reliable, flexible, and adaptable manner to complete daily duties around the centre.
• Flexible approach to evening and weekend working and working additional shifts to cover holiday and sickness when required.
