Leisure Attendants

Lifeguards/Leisure Attendants – Full time – No experience required

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic people to join our Lifeguard/Leisure Attendant (Wet) teams.

In this hands-on role, there is never a dull moment. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Provide an enjoyable experience for every customer.
• Be the lifeguard on duty, always watching, always vigilant, and always there to keep our customers safe in the water.
• Prepare and set up our venues and equipment for events and customer use.
• Keep everything clean, tidy, safe, and presentable.

Previous experience is not required, but our ideal candidate will have these important skills:

• You will be a strong swimmer.
• You will be able to learn, follow and enforce all pool standards, processes, and procedures.
• You will be able to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse group of people.
• You will be able to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) is desirable but not essential, as we offer a free Lifeguard Training Course.
