Responsibilities:

- Create compelling and trendy TikTok video content for fashion and beauty brands that aligns with their brand identity and objectives.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, viral challenges, and content formats, and incorporate them into content creation strategies.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of trending content on TikTok, identifying patterns and insights to optimize content strategy and drive e-commerce sales.

- Collaborate closely with brand teams to understand their target audience, messaging, and marketing goals, ensuring content is tailored to their specific needs.

- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for TikTok videos, ensuring they are visually appealing, engaging, and shareable.

- Shoot, edit, and post-produce high-quality TikTok videos, applying creative techniques, transitions, and effects to enhance brand storytelling.

- Continuously monitor the performance of TikTok content, analyze metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and platform updates on TikTok to ensure content remains innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in creating compelling and trendy TikTok video content, preferably within the fashion and beauty industry.

- Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, viral challenges, and content formats, with a keen eye for identifying popular and engaging content.

- Research-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze TikTok data and insights to optimize content strategy and drive e-commerce sales.

- Proficient in video shooting, editing, and post-production techniques, utilizing tools and software to deliver high-quality content.

- Creative thinking and storytelling abilities to develop captivating concepts and visuals that resonate with target audiences.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with brand teams and understand their requirements and vision.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
