Flight Operations Manager Regulation & Policy

The Flight ops team is continuously developing to ensure we maintain these standards and support the business objectives of the organisation. You’ll be at the heart of our operation, responsible for ensuring our passengers get to their destination safely and efficiently, in-line with our policies, procedures and all relevant regulations. What you need to do this role

The role requires someone with exceptional knowledge of the aviation industry. You will need to demonstrate compliance with regulations and have proven ability to audit safety processes. You must also be an active type-rated pilot with a valid A320 rating (UK/EASA). You will need experience in working with a multi-AOC environment and have the ability to influence at all levels within the organisation, as well as with external parties.
