The trust is preparing for the reinstatement of our inpatient service and this is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated midwife to join our award-winning Maternity services at East Cheshire NHS Trust.

Sessions per week: 7
Work clinically alongside established and newly qualified/newly employed International registered midwives in the clinical environment in order to provide assessment and attainment of competencies. Educate and support staff to develop confidence and competence to deliver the range/standard of clinical skills and competencies required for the clinical role.
The objective of the role is for newly recruited international midwives to feel valued, supported and confident in their new posts, thereby improving retention.
