Junior Recruitment Consultant – Insurance – Permanent

We are looking for Junior Recruitment Consultants to come and join our London team, specifically on our Insurance Teams at Eames Consulting. The job role:

• The day to day of a recruitment consultant varies but in general your day will include:

• Sourcing candidates from multiple job boards

• Searching for CV’s via our database

• Qualifying candidate needs and providing career advice and guidance

• Writing and posting job adverts

• Responding to all job advert responses in a timely manner

• Arranging interview and booking meetings

• Business development to bring in new clients and dormant clients

• Interview prepping candidates to make sure they are 110% ready
