Join our team as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist!


The SEO Specialist will join the EAME Regional Digital Team with the aim of maximizing Hyatt's online visibility through effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. As the SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing Hyatt's websites in line with sEO best practices and supporting the execution of comprehensive SEO plans.


Position responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and provide content recommendations for Hyatt websites
  • Make recommendations to improve website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to enhance our SEO rankings
  • Stay up-to-date on SEO trends, best practices, and industry updates
  • Analyze SEO performance for Hyatt properties and provide insights
  • Monitor and evaluate search performance across major search engines
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local and international SEO strategies

Flexible location (Mainz, Zurich, Paris or London)

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Previous Search Engine Optimization experience in an e-commerce company is required
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console, experience optimizing e-commerce content is preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications, business, or other related

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Content Management System/Search Engine Optimization system training certification (Adobe Experience Manager, seoClarity etc.)

Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job:

  • SEO tools such as seoClarity, Ahrefs, Majestic, DeepCrawl, Botify, or SEMrush
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and building/managing content
  • Proficiency in Javascript
  • Knowledge of optimizing Google My Business Listings

Additional Comments and Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities while maintaining operationally set metrics on content requests
  • Ability to effectively manage team members and balance resource allocation
