PR Executive to Senior PR Executives

The role of the PR Executive/ Senior PR Executive is a role that plays a critical part in the PR Team. As a PR company you are key to our growth and success and are responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating PR case work alongside your team as well as your manager.

You will be required to provide a cover letter and/or written examples of your work.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  You will be responsible for achieving a number of media placements for multiple clients each month.
• You will be responsible for planning and exploring new ideas around how to produce better media coverage and campaigns for EAK Digital’s clients.
• You will be responsible to carry out PR strategies provided by the PR Manager and expected to suggest new ideas to improve the PR process.
• You will be required to maintain a good relationship with clients, and communicate current PR opportunities, and to respond to client requests in a clear and timely manner.
• Organisation is key and you will be responsible for the maintenance of documentation and tracking key PR projects ensuring all PR related materials are correctly referenced in each client’s project book.
• Clarity and consistency are important, and you will be responsible for securing PR coverage on major publications.
• You will be responsible for building good relationships with journalists and you will maintain these on a regular basis.
• You will be a team player and play an active role in contributing to all daily meetings with the PR team to discuss the latest breaking news, trends and insights that could be used and leveraged to feature EAK Digital’s clients in the media.
• You will concept new partnership opportunities with the media and EAK Digital’s brands (EAK, Istanbul Blockchain Week and Block Down) exploring and securing exclusive benefits/opportunities.
• You will attend and play a key role in any major contribution to online/offline client kick-off calls/workshops.
• As a PR Executive you will write high-quality press releases, draft article, and opinion editorials for EAK Digital’s clients.
• You will explore, craft new and unique PR campaigns and story ideas for potential new client pitches and existing EAK Digital clients.

SKILLS and BEHAVIOURS

• 
  At least 3 years PR experience
• A good understanding of Web3 and blockchain industries
• A good knowledge of the Web3 and blockchain media landscape
• A creative thinker, able to shape client PR stories interesting and relevant to the media.
• Remains calm and constructive under pressure, solution orientated.
• Keeps a finger on the pulse of PR in the Web3 space including new publications and journalist moves
• Extremely well organised whilst being comfortable multitasking across different clients
