What you’ll do

Department: Operational Support

Reporting To: Maintenance Team Manager

We have a permanent vacancy within the Operational Support Department working dayshift.

Your key responsibilities

• 
  Allocation and distribution of workload amongst Craftworkers
• Carry out administration of team performance tasks of direct reports
• Ensure adherence to Site Schedule
• Ensuring all maintenance work is compliant with Site Standards and regulations
• Provide technical and/or practical assistance to craftworkers as the business needs
• Provide additional fault finding and leadership to craftworker teams
• Supervise and support continuous development of relevant direct reports, including regular performance reviews.
• Lead team with regards to SHE & Q

You bring

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years relevant industrial experience. An HNC or above in a relevant subject would be desirable for this position. Other essential behaviours are flexible, good communication and problem-solving skills.
