Everyone at DRPG has a purpose, and yours is to mesmerise audiences with films that make an impact. Your work will take audiences to places they never thought possible through carefully crafted, unforgettable films.

The way you roll...

Filmmaking runs through your veins. You are passionate about creating films that deliver on DRPG's philosophy of 'Anything's Possible'. You're decisive and logical and love working at a cracking pace. Your ability to take a client brief and deliver the best creative approach is second to none and you love making films which resonate.

Managing clients is a cinch for you and you're happy working in a team or solo (cue "All by Myself" at full volume).

How you make it all possible...

• Managing the overall production process and crafting a film to fit the parameters of the brief, budget and timeframe
• Self-shooting and directing on location
• Developing new and innovative ways to tell a story
• Dealing with clients

What's in your toolbox...

• At least three years agency or production experience
• A whiz at using the Sony A7S, FX6 or similar and know how to get the best out of each camera
• Solid experience using gimbals, lighting and drones
• Edit using Premiere including basic sound design and colour grading
• A track record of delivering high-quality content regardless of scope, budget and timeline
• You'll be heading out on shoots so a driving licence is imperative
• Ideal if you have experience making films in the housing or construction sector, but not essential

The role will be based in Hartlebury, Worcestershire but there will be times when you'll need to work on location across the UK or from our other offices and undertake other related commercial duties both in the UK and overseas. Flexibility is key!
