THE GIG

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to support our APO team. Sitting within our fast-growing and dynamic Technology team, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable industry experience within Dr Martens.

As our APO Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Administration for our tools (PPM Tool – KeyedIn, Jira, Confluence and Miro)
  • Running and analysing reports from KeyedIn such as timesheet reports and product team spend
  • Supporting the end-to-end demand and supply processes for Technology
  • Supporting the reporting and management of budgets across Technology
  • Pulling together outputs from reviews and planning meetings for the wider business
  • Organising and minute meetings
  • Supporting the team to collate Information for steering packs
  • Assisting the set-up and running of quarterly planning events
