Our people can be based “where they do their best work” from either our HQ or from their home. However travel to HQ office will be required for key meetings and events.

Our studio is situated in a river-front building in the heart of the Historic Dockyard in Chatham, Kent, UK. We are growing fast, developing our games using cutting-edge technology and delivering these on multiple platforms: PC, PlayStation 4 and 5 and Xbox One and Series S/X
We are looking for a motivated and self starting artist to join our Outsource Department. Assisting and reporting to the Outsource Manger, the role is responsible for the support of external art teams, reviewing their latest deliveries and creating clear and concise feedback documentation. There is also the need to collate reference material, and create briefs, plus guideline documents.
- Reviewing the work of external artists within the Unreal Engine and providing timely feedback in clearly written documentation.
- Supporting external teams from day to day, troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter, and seeking solutions from the internal team.
- The collation of detailed reference materials, in order to create in depth yet structured Outsource briefs.
- Experience of Unreal Engine 4 (world building would be a plus).
- Knowledge of 3D tools (3D Studio Max or similar).
- Knowledge of 2D tools (Photoshop or similar).
- Use of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Good written English & organisational skills.
- A keen team player, able to work and collaborate in a focused, dedicated department.
