The role offers many opportunities to get involved in various projects and definitely offers many challenges. The supervisor role is key in terms of achieving our strategic objectives therefore you will need to have experience in monitoring, reporting and delegating your key performance objectives and some other accountabilities for the role include:
Effective communication with teams and other functions of the business.
People Management (training, absence, performance, etc).
Achieve the required quality standards.
Ensure that non-conformance is challenged, and counter measures are agreed and implemented.
Management of work process
Management and effective allocation of all resources.
Management of Information Technology & Business Planning
It would be great if you have the following:
Ability to work in an organised manner
Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
An eye for detail and a continuous improvement mentality
Self-motivated and pro-active with a flexible approach
People management experience
Strong communication skills
Process management in the manufacturing sector
Good understanding of H&S

Chard Precision Castings is now looking to recruit Pre Cast Supervisor on permanent, full time (37 hours) basis that will lead an amazing team nd report to Pre Cast Manager.
