Park Marshal

Diggerland Kent is looking for individuals that are fun, proactive and creative to join our Park Marshal team. You will be required to:

• Work as a team whilst your focus being to create memories that will last forever for our customers and also our staff
• Creating a fun and memorable experiences in a safe and family friendly environment.
• Perform at a high standard at all times following our customer service and health and safety training
• You will need to be motivated and inject high energy and passion at every opportunity
• Have strong communication skills with a keen, positive and friendly nature
• Have a responsible approach with good observation skills and bags of enthusiasm and energy

Diggerland is based outdoors so you be willing to work during all weathers and getting your hands dirty at times (Suitable clothing will be provided).

Job description

• Greeting and interacting with guests
• Monitoring the queue lines
• Checking height restrictions
• Operating our Rides and Drives (Full training provided)
• Safely loading and offloading guests on and off rides in a timely and orderly manner, and teaching them how to use our Rides and Drives
• Ensuring that your area looks at its best by keeping it clean and tidy at all times
• Taking responsibility of guest and staff welfare
