Position: Warehouse Shift Manager
Location: Doncaster
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Any 5 from 7 - rotating Days (05:15am -14:15pm) and After's (13:15pm - 22:15pm)

• To manage and oversee the daily, weekly and monthly warehouse operational process and people requirements through effective leadership whilst supporting the Site Manager in achieving site KPI's & cost budget objectives
• Responsible for meeting all customer requirements and ensuring operational performance is at required levels to meet company and customer expectations
• Analyse and understand the health and safety related risks for our colleagues, take action to reduce or eliminate the risks, according to a prioritised plan
• Takes responsibility for managing and running a safe operation and driving a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
• To lead a continuous improvement culture in line with H&S guidelines, as well as site procedures and processes

• Proven experience in FMCG Warehouse Operations Management
• Previous experience using Warehouse Management Systems
• People Management skills - conducting performance reviews, health reviews, back to works, grievances
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills - using Microsoft Office and Teams
