We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Providing advice and assistance on payroll queries
• Collation of agency figures and other information for management reporting
• Collation and submission of monthly payroll for core employees
• Weekly and monthly calls with Ops to confirm payroll data and costs
• Completion of costing information, including agency usage, personnel costs, overtime management and pension costs, for management reporting by specified deadlines.
• Collaborate with other managers and other sites to ensure best practice
• PO management and dealing with suppliers
• Completion of staff financial reference requests, queries relating to benefits etc in a timely manner
• Ensure strong financial controls are in place and proactively ensure these controls are maintained
