Shift Pattern: Rotational

PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an Airport. You will be required to under-go Security Vetting Processes ( including a criminal record check and counter terrorism check ) if you are to be successful for this position.

DHL work in partnership with Heathrow Airport to provide aircraft cleaning and ground handling support. No two days on our Aviation contract are the same! You will play an integral role in the cleaning operation, working to tight timeframes but delivering fantastic results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Work closely with the Customer to ensure on time performance is sustained within the live cleaning operation
• Ensure that customer complaints are investigated within SLA and corrective action and preventative action is implemented where applicable.
• Support the core Operational Airside Team in Terminal 5C providing feedback to the Allocation control of any BA operational challenges.
• Monitor and react on changes in flight timings, aircraft changes and escalation to the Airside allocations team.
• Complete Daily Delay Reports and support core Operation on challenging these delays with our customer.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• A Heathrow Airport Airside ID (Blue Pass)
• Advanced knowledge of excel
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Ability to quickly and accurately react to any given situation
• Attend a medical

SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

• Be able to provide 5 years address history
• Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
• To obtain a full airside ID
