Sales and Lettings Negotiators (Full Time)

Dewhurst Homes are a market leading independent Estate Agency, covering the Longridge, Preston, Garstang, Ribble Valley and South Ribble areas with an extensive property portfolio.

The company has gone from strength to strength over the last 16 years and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit Lettings and Sales Negotiators across our branches. We will be pleased to offer the right candidate a competitive salary / remuneration package and a friendly working environment. Duties and responsibilities include: Showing potential tenants and purchasers around our client’s properties, general office admin, dealing with clients via email, face to face and telephone, typing of brochures and property take on's. Full UK driving license must be held.

You must be hard working, self-confident and have a positive outlook. You will be required to work approximately 42.5 hours per week over 5 days. One week would include working a Saturday.
