ShowPad Administrator

What you'll do?

As ShowPad Administrator, you will manage our main platform for all our commercial teams to access

the very latest content that they can use with their restaurant and retail partners. In such a complex commercial environment, you will be responsible that ShowPad is easy to navigate and contain all the relevant materials our commercial teams need, that content meets our quality standards and is kept up to date. You will not be alone in this task; your role will give you the opportunity to work with a diverse set of functions who will provide you with content, including our GTM Content and B2B Content teams, our Restaurant Value Proposition team, Marketing, Operations and Product teams. Reporting to the Manager, B2B Content Development, you will be part of a wider team of B2B Marketing experts from whom you learn about developing great externally-facing content.

Requirements

• Problem-solving & Strategic Thinking: Use simple frameworks to breakdown problems. Apply logic to develop and test hypotheses. Show clear understanding of relationship to outcomes.

• Project Management: ability to manage and progress one to two projects simultaneously involving multiple stakeholders across both Commercial and other Deliveroo functions

• Communication & Influence: communicates verbally and in writing. Is developing collaboration skills across team and company.

• Team & Community-Building: Works with team members and finds opportunities to share knowledge and/or lessons learned. Participate in activities that strengthen Deliveroo (e.g. recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, diversity and inclusion).
