Position Overview & Specifications

To be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and support the HR Team with administration across all aspects of the employee life cycle, ensuring the efficient delivery of written correspondence and absence management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare recruitment profiles – working with Managers to recruit vacancies

· Write, Review and Post vacancies, manage advertisements and headhunt on multiple channels including Linkedin

· Review applications in line with the job specification and requirements both internally and externally

· Complete pre-screening of applications, schedule interviews and work with Managers to prepare competency-based interview questions

· Maintain contact with potential candidates, including pre-screening calls and provision of feedback

· Conduct interviews alongside HR Manager/Line Managers as and when necessary

· Organise and schedule interviews, prepare paperwork including invitations, room bookings and diary notes

· Track and report on all recruitment/ candidate activity

· Identify and pro-actively implement new approaches to fill open roles and to attract future talent

· Manage and maintain the agency preferred suppliers list and brief relevant external agencies when required

· Keep up to date on market changes, new policies and laws

· Support the HR Manager with the Starters process including all pre-employment checks, preparations of contracts, and offer letters

· Support the HR Team across all aspects of the employee life cycle

· New starter Induction and training

· Updating staff holiday & Sickness on software system

· Update and keep on top of staff Probation and appraisal records and remind managers in a timely manner

· Review the Recruitment and HR inboxes and act on all correspondence

· Participate in HR projects when required

· General Administrative duties

To Excel in this role, you should have:

· Experience in Recruitment department

· Excellent communication and written skills

· Possess a high level of accuracy and a proactive thinker

· Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment where things change quickly

· Confident and Positive attitude
